Faulty, Damaged or Defective Items
All Curious Columbus products are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or develops a problem during normal use, we’ll make it right in line with ACCC guidelines. Depending on the situation, this may mean a repair, replacement or refund.
You won’t be asked to pay return shipping for faulty or defective items. We will assess each claim individually and fairly, based on the nature of the issue and the expected lifespan of the product.
How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim
Simply contact us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if relevant. We’ll respond promptly with clear next steps. All returns or exchanges must be posted to the address provided via email in response to return or exchange requests.

Our products come with a 30-day change-of-mind policy. If within 30 days of purchase you decide it’s not the perfect fit for your little learner, simply get in touch and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Once your item is returned and inspected, we’ll work with you on an agreed solution.

Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories included
