If you receive an item that has been damaged or broken in transit, you must contact customer service within the 7 day period - no exchanges are available after 7 days. We will provide a replacement item free of charge within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please email a picture of the damaged/broken item in the original packaging to email@example.com for consideration. Returning damaged/broken items for exchange are shipped to us at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The only reason for a refund would be if the item is damaged, or if a mistake has been made we will refund/exchange. We have a 7-day returns policy from when you receive the item. The item must be in its original packaging for us to consider a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
